Community Resource - King's Kitchen

King's Kitchen is a pet food pantry assisting local pet owners in times of financial hardship. To qualify for this program, you must provide photo ID, proof of need (a letter from Medicare, Food Stamps, WIC, etc.) and household income of below $40,000, and WRITTEN proof of spay/neuter. King's Kitchen is open twice a month: the 2nd Wednesday from 2:00pm- 4:00pm and last Saturday of each month from 9:00am- 11:00am.

Community Resource - Monte's Wellness Clinic

The GHHS Monte Pet Wellness Clinic, provided in partnership with South Huntsville Veterinary Hospital, is a community resource providing budget-friendly veterinary care. This is for routine care only. Sick animals will be asked to schedule an appointment with an off-site area vet. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Signups will begin at 8:55 AM with a volunteer. All pets may receive a $10 wellness exam to begin services. If purchasing a bundle, this exam is included in the cost.
